SEAKNOT is a 48-month EU-funded project coordinated by the Centre for Energy, Environmental and Technological Research (CIEMAT), a Spanish public research institution. Bringing together 17 partners from 10 European countries, SEAKNOT aims to bridge the gap between valuable existing knowledge and emerging research in regards to Severe Accidents (SA) to identify issues worth investigating further, anticipate potential challenges posed by new technologies in the coming decades, and prepare the workforce responsible for enhancing safety measures.
